Behind the backdrop of our daily lives, a hidden war is raging. The players are as powerful as they are invisible. What's on the line: your very heart and soul.

Are you ready for the battle?

After spending years as a medium, witch and ghost hunter, Kristine McGuire emerged from behind enemy lines to reclaim her identity in Christ. She brings unique insight, revealing Satan's 7 favorite battlefields as well as the most effective tactics he employs in the battles we face everyday.

In this essential guide to the spiritual war zone, you will learn 30 battle-tested strategies for victory from a spiritual warrior who has been there.Kristine's simple but powerful insights will empower you to engage your enemy without fear . . . and, in the power of Jesus, to win.

My take on this book:
An Insider's Guide To Spiritual Warfare is written from the perspective of someone who was pulled away from her Christian beliefs and spent eight years as  practicing medium, witch and ghost hunter.Fortunately for her she found her way back to Christ, but because of her experience she has invaluable insight into the hot topic of spiritual warfare. Not only does she share how to put on our spiritual armour, but she also talks about the common battlefields that we face such as suffering, worry and fear, and anger just to name a few. She dedicates one entire chapter to gossip which happens to be one of my pet peeves in life because it is something that is so readily accepted in todays society! She also confronts and answers the question of why there are ghosts, providing sound Biblical teaching as to what we as believers are really dealing with. Ms. McGuire's writing style makes it very easy to understand what she is saying, and she doesn't hesitate to steer the reader to scriptures which back up what she is saying. She actually goes back to the beginning explaining how Satan came to be and answers the questions of what spiritual warfare really is and how it affects us, but she also reminds us that Christians have no reason to fear the enemy(Satan) but that we are to be continually watchful and alert. Overall I found this a very easy to use book, the chapters are easy to navigate, each opens with a scripture verse and wraps up with reflection questions. There are thirty strategy points scattered through out the text that provide deeper insight into dealing with the enemy. All of these things are quite useful but it is the scriptures that the author weaves into her teaching that makes this book one that I would definitely recommend. If you want to learn more about Ms. McGuire I highly recommend her first book Escaping The Cauldron:Exposing Occult Influences In Everyday Life, in that book she shares her personal journey from Christian to occultism and then finding her way back to God.
